Description
This 20 quart steamer / pasta cooker with a tri-ply bottom is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel with aluminum core, providing an even heat distribution throughout the whole cooking surface. The double pasta cooker includes a pot for boiling water, a perforated insert and a matching lid for better heat retention and circulation. For easy, secure transport, both the boiler and the inset have two handles each. NSF certified.
