Traditionally, a Liège waffle comes in a 4×7 format (made on a plate with 4 by 7 squares). A Belgian speciality, this waffle is slightly caramelised on the outside and features a distinctive irregular shape and pearl sugar grains. Thanks to the swing movement, this waffle maker with 180° opening is perfect for cooking fresh waffles.
Thanks to its dual thermostats, Krampouz’s double 4×7 Liège waffle maker can cook two to four waffles at the same time. The 180° opening means that the batter spreads perfectly over the two irons, for a waffle that is nicely shaped, evenly cooked and crisp.
